When you visit with one of our loan officers to discuss your business loan, please bring the following:

Last 2 years of fiscal year-end balance sheets and income statements
Detailed business plan if business is a new business
Interim balance sheets and income statements
Signed personal financial statement
Last 2 years of federal tax returns on business and individual
Signed purchase agreement if business is a new acquisition
Projections for at least two years – cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement
