Part-Time Teller
This position is responsible for all aspects of processing customer transactions, including answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Six months of cash handling or teller experience
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Record customer transactions and issue receipts
- Balance daily transactions
- Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing cash shipments
- Answer phones in a professional manner and assist customers on the phone
Loan Processor
This position is responsible for all activities relevant to the processing of loans.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in bank operations, loan processing or customer service preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately prepare loan documents via the loan documentation platform and ensure that adequate documentation is in order prior to closing.
- File legal documents and scan loan work daily.
- Prepare deed satisfactions for paid off loans and record them timely.
- Perform necessary loan system maintenance.
