Loan Processor

This position is responsible for all activities relevant to the processing of loans.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in bank operations, loan processing or customer service preferred.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately prepare loan documents via the loan documentation platform and ensure that adequate documentation is in order prior to loan closing.
  • File legal documents and scan loan work daily.
  • Prepare deed satisfactions for paid off loans and record them timely.
  • Perform necessary loan system maintenance.

Part-Time Teller

This position is responsible for all aspects of processing customer transactions, including answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Six months of cash handling or teller experience

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Record customer transactions and issue receipts.
  • Balance daily transactions.
  • Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing cash shipments.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and assist customers on the phone.
