Part-Time or Full-Time Teller
Role Description
The Teller will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and friendly customer service while processing financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with account inquiries, promoting bank products and services, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in cash handling, basic math skills, and accurate transaction processing
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use banking software and general computer applications
- Organizational skills, time management, and a commitment to professionalism
- Commitment to following bank policies, regulations, and maintaining confidentiality
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior banking experience preferred
